Years of Service Pins
Since 2011, the Santa Rosa Education Foundation has been honoring the dedication of Santa Rosa School District Instructional Personnel through the Years of Service pin program. Teachers receive their initial service pin after 5 years of commitment to the district, followed by pins at 5-year intervals. The district’s data processing department compiles the instructional list for pin presentations based on the fiscal year (July 1-June 30).
In a collaborative effort with the GFWC Milton Woman’s Club, SREF ensures that dedicated teachers receive Years of Service pins each year. Members of the Santa Rosa Education Foundation’s Board of Directors personally present these pins at individual schools across Santa Rosa County.
Both the Santa Rosa Education Foundation and the GFWC Milton Woman’s Club express gratitude for the profound loyalty and commitment exhibited by Santa Rosa Educators to our schools and communities. The Years of Service pins serve as a small token of our heartfelt appreciation.
