The Zack Butler Sports Ability Games celebrate the incredible abilities, determination, and team spirit of our Santa Rosa County students with special needs. Hosted by the Santa Rosa Education Foundation in partnership with Special Olympics Florida, these games provide students an inclusive, joy-filled day of athletic events designed to encourage participation, confidence, and connection.
The inaugural Games were held at Gulf Breeze High School, bringing together student-athletes, volunteers, and community supporters for an unforgettable day of inspiration and celebration. Building on that success, the event has since expanded to the North End of the county, allowing even more students to participate close to home.
Through the generosity of donors, volunteers, and school partners, the Zack Butler Sports Ability Games continue to grow—promoting teamwork, courage, and joy across Santa Rosa County schools.
